Is parking available at Casa Elvè?
Each apartment has an internal parking space. Guests will be provided with a convenient remote control to open the automatic gate, allowing them to park their car comfortably and securely.
Is there an affiliated equipped beach club available?
 
 
 
 
Casa Elvè has an agreement with a brand-new, well-equipped beach club, just a 2-minute walk away. Upon booking, guests will receive the contact details of the beach establishment and can reserve their umbrella with a 10% discount.
Is linen included in the price?
We provide our guests with bed and bath linen, with a free change every week.
 
 
 
 
What time is check-in and check-out?
Casa Elvè does not have a 24-hour reception. Check-in and check-out times must be agreed upon in advance.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
When available, early check-in can be arranged free of charge.

Pets Allowed at Casa Elvè

We are happy to welcome your furry friends! At Casa Elvè, pets are welcome, but we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

1.Type of pets: Small and medium-sized dogs and cats are allowed. For larger animals, please contact us in advance to check availability.

2.Number of pets: Only one pet is allowed per apartment. If you wish to bring more pets, please contact us in advance to confirm if it's possible.

3.Behavior: Pets must always be supervised by their owner and cannot be left unattended inside the apartment.

4.Access to common areas: Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas. We kindly ask you to avoid letting pets go to the garden to relieve themselves, in order to preserve the green spaces.

5.Cleanliness: You are required to always clean up after your pet and keep them clean inside the apartment and in common areas.

6.Supplement: A small supplement for pets is required, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Is there a tourist tax?
Yes, Casa Elvè applies a tourist tax, which varies depending on the period of stay and duration. The exact amount will be communicated at the time of booking and must be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 14 years old and guests over 70 are exempt from the tax.
Is cleaning provided during the stay?
During the stay, we offer a free linen change every week. If you'd like additional cleaning services, they can be requested at the time of booking or during the stay for an extra fee.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Cancellation policies depend on the type of booking made. Please consult the details during the booking process or contact us for any changes.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Casa Elvè offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas.
Are there any restaurants or shops nearby?
Yes, there are several restaurants, cafés, and shops around Casa Elvè. We are happy to recommend some of our favorite options during your stay.
What is included in the price of the stay?
The price of the stay includes bed and bath linen, with a free change every week. Final cleaning is included, but additional cleaning services can be requested for an extra fee. Utilities (water, electricity, gas) and one internal parking space per apartment are also included.
